About MG Software
MG Software is a workflow platform built by a software development team to solve a simple problem:
turning conversations into completed work without friction.
We help teams transform meetings, emails, and ideas into structured quotes, actionable tickets, and resolved tasks using AI — while keeping time tracking, invoicing, and communication fully connected.
MG Software was created to reduce manual coordination and remove the gaps between planning and execution.
Why we built MG Software
Before MG Software, our team relied on multiple disconnected tools to manage client work.
Information was duplicated, tasks were delayed, and progress was difficult to track.
We built MG Software internally to unify everything into a single workflow from the first request to final delivery.

Who we are
We're Jordan and Sidney, two entrepreneurs who serve our own clients. Just like you, we faced the same frustrations: endless coordination between tools, manual ticket management, and hours that didn't translate to revenue. We knew there had to be a better way.
That's why we built MG Software at MG Software B.V. Not from an office with investors, but from our own need. We wanted one system that connects everything: from the first client request to the invoice. The AI automation we developed increased our own revenue by 200%. That impact is what we want to share with you.
